Business Traveler
Beautiful, clean and newly renovated with large comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Very convenient to Keeneland. Loved the view out of my window. Parking was complimentary, but a bit inconvenient, especially on nights that there was an event at Rupp arena. The pool area was gorgeous, but too cold for me. The water was spotless and warm. This hotel is very large and busy, hosted several conventions while I was there, and this slowed the elevators quite a bit, during peak hours, however, the staff took care of every one of my desires, making the hotel feel much smaller. ...read more

The bed at the Hyatt was the most comfortable bed, the pillows were great, could have slept there all day.The room was gorgeous, and the staff was wonderful. This hotel is downtown and we were on the street side. You would have thought that 6 stories up you wouldn't have felt like you were on the 1st floor.
